How it works
Getting your quality household products couldn’t be easier with Own Comforts as we provide a reliable, fuss free service with our customers always at the front of our minds.
Just follow the steps below and we’ll take care of the rest.
- Browse and select your items- select the specifications of the product you want (i.e. bed frame size, fridge capacity)
- Click “Checkout” once happy with your items and fill in your billing and delivery details
- Choose your payment option:
- Card Payment - We accept most major credit/debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Google Pay etc.
- PayPal - You can pay for your order in full or choose to spread the cost of your purchase with “Pay later” options: PayPal Pay in 3 or PayPal instalments.
- Once your payment has been processed, you will receive an email to confirm your order has been received and is ready to be processed.
- Once your order is ready for despatch, you will be contacted by the transport team either by phone/email to arrange the delivery of your item or by text message to confirm your delivery tracking details and timeslot for small items.
