2. Checkout with Confidence
Once you’re happy with your selection, click “Checkout” and enter your billing and delivery details. Our checkout process is quick, clear, and secure.
3. Choose Your Payment Method
We offer flexible and secure payment options to suit you:
- Card Payments: We accept most major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Google Pay, and more.
- E-Gift Card: We accept the Own Comforts E-Gift Card. You will need to put in the Gift Card code shared to you via email and click ‘Apply’ to add the E-Gift Card as a payment method.
4. Order Confirmation
As soon as your payment has been processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email letting you know your order has been received and is being prepared.
5. Delivery Arrangements
Once your order is ready for dispatch:
- Our transport team will contact you by phone or email to arrange delivery for larger items, or
- You’ll receive a text message with tracking details and a delivery timeslot for smaller items.
